Global snack and beverage giant PepsiCo it trying to smash a courageous group of workers in West Bengal, India. Workers in three warehouses formed a trade union in 2013. They were harassed, assaulted and then dismissed. In response to protests, they were allowed to return to work, but under conditions which strip them of their human rights. A group of these workers resisted, insisting on a return to work under conditions which guarantee their dignity and right to form or join a union. The IUF and its members around the world are supporting them.
